The MC745 EC dosing meter works very simply and intuitively with manual programming and calibration.

 

The Milwaukee MC745 PRO conductivity (EC) pump and controller let you measure and adjust EC levels automatically.

The MC745 kit includes the MC311 EC controller and two MP810 metering pumps to automatically monitor and adjust EC levels. Simply set your EC parameters and let the EC controller and Milwaukee pumps do the rest.

Installing the MC745

Nutrient Dosing Controller A + B

• Fix the MC311 monitor to the wall near the nutrient tank with an adhesive velcro or 4 screws.
• Connect the pump coupling base (black and white color) to the power.
• Immerse the tip of the electrode (up to about 2.5 cm) in the nutrient mixture.
• Hold the electrode with the help of the polystyrene float.
• Turn on the monitor by pressing the ON/OFF button.
• Select the set point, with the help of the graduated ruler.
• Installation of MP810 metering pumps
• Connect the soft tube to the pump (suction tube – on the left) and the filter (white) to the other end of the tube (to prevent aspiration of solids)
• Connect the rigid tube to the pump (drive tube – on the right) – Optional: a black thread to attach to a pipe.
• Fix the pumps to the wall or directly to the Liquid FERTILIZER bottle, in a vertical position in the immediate vicinity of the nutrient tank.
• Connect the electrical outlets of the metering pumps to the thief, and connect the thief to the coupling jack (white and black) of the MC311 controller.

IMPORTANT: For a gentle adjustment of the nutrient level, it is advisable to dilute the liquid fertilizer with water in a jug.

Example: For a 100 liter tank, dilute 100 cl of FERTILIZER in a 5 liter bottle of water. This data can be adjusted according to the volume of your tank, the concentration of your fertilizer corrector and the strength of your recirculation pump or stone air diffuser.

VERY IMPORTANT: For a homogeneous and immediate mixture of liquid fertilizer to your irrigation water tank, install a powerful recirculation pump and/or an air stone diffuser at the bottom of your tank. Good measurements with the MC745 Nutrient Dosing Controller A + b
